Movie created a lot of expectations since it is a combination of Venkat Prabhu + Ajit + Yuvan Shankar Raja.

• But not for Music Lovers.... copy from English albums and taking the tracks from his previous hits!!!!!
• A Single Track was released first before the entire album was released : 01 Vilayaadu Mankatha, which was a hit
• Melody songs are nice : 02 Nee Naan, 05 Nanbane

Before Movie Release - Interview with Movie Director :

Venkat Prabhu                      : Its Ajit's 50th Movie
Me (Watching the Interview) : Ya, Its Ajit's 50th Movie, i too accept it. But, What is special in this movie!!!!

• A multi starrer movie and the movie can be guessed...
• Ajit playing the role with negative shade is bold
• Pace of the movie is 1st half slow & dragging; 2nd half still fast and dragging and climax is fast and nice
• As usual, this movie too has funny scenes, shows its a Venkat Prabhu movie
• Lots of funny punch dialogues from other movies and funny tag lines
• Nice twist at the end ( but can be guessed )
• Most the movie scenes copied from Oceans Movie Series, Matrix, Wanted
• Felt one of the background music copied from batman-joker movie... where the intense of the music keeps on increasing as the seriousness of the scene increases....

But looking the movie as a fan, got upset that : 

• The melody song 02 Nee Naan was not given to Ajit, i felt that a really a bull shit
• Other characters were occupying the screen more than Ajit
• Ajit gets blows from Vaibhav

Didn't Like :

• Irritating long gang fights with gun shots, thinking when will they die and finish the fight
• As a Ajit fan
• Lots of dirty dialogues getting censored with mutes....

Liked :

• Funny dialogues
• Climax and its twist
• After the movie ends, few behind the scene clips were running which were superb...

Difference with Vijay Movies :

• In Vijay Movies, he has good control with the movie script and director, so he occupies the screen throughout the movie, which is what a fan usually wants to see...
• Ajit gives importance to the movie script, thats good; but its too much allowing others to share the screen space!!!!

Conclusion : As a whole, good time pass for movie maniacs but not for Ajit Fans
